Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the care of inpatient hematology and oncology patients under the supervision of senior physicians.
- Supporting diagnostic procedures, including cytological and flow cytometric analyses, with guidance from specialized teams.
- Collaborating closely with various hospital departments and external medical practices to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Participating in educational activities, including continuing medical education sessions and clinical case discussions.
- Engaging in the hospital's on-call and shift rotation system to gain broad clinical experience.
Your Profile:
- Medical license (Approbation) and enrollment in a recognized residency program in Internal Medicine with a focus on Hematology and Oncology.
- Strong interest in the latest developments within hematology and oncology.
